This one is inspired by my mom, Robin.
I chose a pink-breasted robin for her creature because it is the perfect fit—not just because of her name, but also because she loves color, especially pink. And how perfect that this creature actually exists, it was meant to be! The background features roses, her favorite flower, and the bird is carrying a purse, which is an accessory she always has with her. I kept the design bright and colorful because she’s always telling me my work needs color—and she’s always right!
